Full-Service Grooming Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At MiAmore Pets, each grooming appointment is reserved specifically for your pet and our groomer. Because we are a crate-free, one-on-one grooming studio, missed appointments and last-minute changes prevent us from offering that time to another client.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a grooming appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with 24+ hours’ notice: No fee.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled grooming service will apply.

• No-shows or appointments missed without notice: The full scheduled grooming service amount will be charged.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation, depending on the groomer’s schedule.

• Any outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

• After one no-show or repeated late cancellations, a nonrefundable deposit or full prepayment will be required to reserve future appointments.

• After two no-shows, MiAmore Pets may decline future grooming bookings.

Your thoughtfulness in providing advance notice allows us to offer the opening to another pup in need—thank you for your understanding and helping us keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone!
