Most appointments take 1.5–3 hours depending on the service and your dog’s size/coat. We’ll give you an estimated pickup time when you drop off and also give you a 15-30 minute notice of when your pup will be ready.

We generally don’t allow pet parents in the grooming room, and here’s why:

• Groomers need a calm, focused environment to work safely—extra people in the room can create distractions or limit movement.

We never use cage dryers here. For especially nervous pups, we switch to gentler, lower-noise options like high-quality fluff dryers or handheld dryers (instead of high-velocity ones).

• Thorough towel-drying to remove as much moisture as possible
• Gentle, lower airflow applied from a comfortable distance
• Use of a Happy Hoodie (a soft, snug head wrap) to muffle sounds and reduce anxiety
