How much does a full-service groom cost?
- XS (Toy breeds <10lbs, short coats, puppies e.g. Chihuahua, Yorkie): $85-$105
- S (Small, dense coated dogs ~10-25lbs e.g. Shih Tzu, Pomeranian): $95-$125
- M (~25-50lbs or those with thick/matted coats e.g. Doodles): $110-$160
- L+ (~50lbs+ dogs): $130+

Why are your prices higher than Petco/Chain Groomers?
Great question! Our pricing reflects the boutique, one-on-one care and finished look your pup will receive with us.
- Individual Attention – Never rushed or handled assembly-line style - your pup will be treated like family. We only groom one dog at a time, so your pup gets our full focus from start to finish.
- Personalized Care - We tailor each groom and final look to your dog’s needs, coat type, and personality.
- Premium Products – We use high-quality, skin-safe shampoos, conditioners, and finishing sprays—not mass-market or harsh chemicals.
- Skill - Our groomers are highly trained in breed-specific as well as specialty Asian Fusion cuts. We incorporate some styling/shaping into every haircut to ensure your dog will leave looking and feeling the best they ever have!
- Calm, Clean Environment – No crates or being whisked off to a back room. Our space is sanitized and designed to feel safe and welcoming.
- Handling Experience - Our experienced groomers are also trained in behavior handling and gentle stress-reducing techniques.

Yes, we’re not always the cheapest (nor the most expensive) and that’s intentional. We genuinely focus on quality over quantity - we want your pup to leave looking and feeling their best!
How long will the grooming take?
Most appointments take 1.5–3 hours depending on the service and your dog’s size/coat. We’ll give you an estimated pickup time when you drop off.
Do you groom puppies or senior dogs?
Yes! We love working with both puppies and seniors. We take a gentle, low-stress approach and can adjust services based on your dog’s needs and comfort level.
If there are serious health concerns, we will let you know and provide alternate recommendations.
What if my dog is nervous or has special needs?
We specialize in patient, compassionate grooming. If your dog is anxious, reactive, or has medical needs, let us know—we’ll create a plan that works best for them.

Can I stay in the room with my dog during grooming?
We generally don’t allow pet parents in the grooming room, and here’s why:
- Groomers need a calm, focused environment to work safely—extra people in the room can create distractions or limit movement.
- Most dogs actually behave better when their parents aren’t in view—they’re less likely to become anxious, clingy, or try to jump off the table.
If your dog has special needs or you feel there’s an exceptional circumstance, feel free to talk with us—we’re happy to work with you.
And you're welcome to hang out at the boutique and wait while your pup gets groomed!
My dog is terrified of blow dryers - can you work around that?
Absolutely. We do not use cage dryers. If your pup is especially nervous, we can use high-quality, lower-noise fluff dryers or handheld dryers instead of the traditional high velocity dryers. We will:
- Towel-dry as much as possible
- Use a lower airflow from a distance
- Use a happy hoodie to muffle sounds
- Work in short, gentle sessions with breaks

Are you crate-free?
Yes! We are a boutique grooming studio with one-on-one appointments and no cage drying. Your pup gets individualized attention in a calm, clean environment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand sometimes emergencies happen but we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
