Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. domestic orders over $75.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer; this will be clearly disclosed on the product page. Manufacturer-direct items may require additional processing time beyond our standard turnaround. If a delay exceeds expectations, we will notify you.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping timelines and delivery performance are outside of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, holiday backlogs, or service interruptions.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.


International Orders

International customers are fully responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges unless explicitly included at checkout. These fees are not controlled or reimbursed by MiAmore Pets.


Package Protection (Optional)

At checkout, customers may add optional package protection for a nominal fee. This coverage expedites resolution in the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Orders shipped without package protection are not eligible for replacement or refund due to carrier-related issues. For higher-value orders, we strongly recommend adding this coverage.
