How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for domestic (USA) orders above $65. 

Domestic orders under $65 are calculated by weight and generally in the range of $5-$10 for USPS first class shipping.  

You also always have the option to pay a premium and select priority USPS or UPS.   

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.  Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with tracking.  If you do not get one, please check your spam/junk folder!

Please note, some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer which should be indicated on the product page.  In that case, it may take longer than our 1-2 day turnaround time but we will give you a heads up on the timeline via e-mail.  

We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible and will let you know of any delays! 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

After your order has been handed off to the carrier typically you can expect 1-3 days for east coast deliveries and 4-7 days for west coast deliveries (international shipments vary and typically are in the range of 2-4 weeks).  Please note these are only estimated times and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.  Your order will be updated with tracking by the carrier which will give you the most up to date information on your package so please make sure to check your e-mail with tracking, we will not have further information than what is shown there.  

An item arrived damaged / is missing / I've received the wrong item/size

If an item has arrived damaged and you purchased shipping protection during checkout.  You can file a claim here

If an item is missing from your order or your received the wrong item/size, please reach out to us at hello@miamorepets.com and we will rectify the situation ASAP! 

Tracking shows DELIVERED but I have not received my package

Please note, in some cases, USPS will update tracking before a package is actually delivered and it will show up in the next business day or two.  We recommend waiting and then checking with neighbors or your doorman before assuming it is has been lost or stolen.

If you purchased package protection during the checkout process you can file a claim here.

If you paid for premium shipping (USPS priority mail or UPS), please file a claim directly with the carrier.

If you selected economy shipping without adding package protection, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

How do I change/cancel my order?

Please contact us at hello@miamorepets.com ASAP.  Once your order has shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.  

How do I return/exchange?

We accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise with tags still in tact within 30 days of purchase.  Final sale items (items discounted 40%+ or noted on the product page) are not eligible for return.  Oversized items such as beds, carriers, etc. are not eligible for return unless they are damaged upon receipt.  

If you purchased the $1.98 Re:Do for free unlimited returns for store credit or exchanges, there is no cost to return.  Simply go to the portal noted above, choose whether you would like a store credit or exchange and a pre-paid label will be issued to you.  

Please note:  if you did not purchase Re:Do, you can still return or exchange eligible products using the return portal and receive a discounted pre-paid label but you will be responsible for the cost.

I've barely used my product and it's broken down

While we do carry high quality products, on the rare occasion a product we stock is flawed and breaks down after very light use (and within a month of receiving), please contact us at hello@miamorepets.com  immediately with photos.  

Sizing your pet

Measure your pet's neck, chest, and length according to our how to measure your pet guide and compare them to the size chart found on the product page to find the best fit. Please note, sizing is not standard across the brands we carry - a medium in one brand may be an XL in another! When in doubt, do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@miamorepets.com - we respond quickly and would love to help!  

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments or retroactively apply discount codes to orders.  If a coupon code is not working, please reach out to us before placing your order at hello@miamorepets.com.  Once an order is processed we cannot make changes.

My coupon code is not working / Forgot to include coupon code

Please reach out to us at hello@miamorepets.com BEFORE placing the order so we can look into the issue further.  We do not retroactively apply coupon codes after an order is placed.

Are MiAmore products machine washable?

Most of our apparel and soft accessories are machine washable. Please refer to the care instructions provided on the product label for specific washing and care guidelines.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Afterpay, Shop Pay and other secure payment methods as listed during the checkout process.
