Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from MiAmore Pets. However, we understand there are times you may need to return a purchase.  Unused, unworn, undamaged merchandise in perfect condition with original packaging and tags still intact are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase

All items must arrive in unused, original condition. Seasonal, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange. Once a return is accepted, refunds can be issued to the original payment method or store credit if preferred.

Please note: Final sale items (products discounted more than 40% off) and items indicated as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for refund.  Make sure to check below for more information on items that are not eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return?

  • Click here to start your online return.
  • If you purchased Re:Do for free unlimited returns for store credit or exchanges, there is no cost to return.  Simply go to the portal noted above, choose whether you would like a store credit or exchange and a pre-paid label will be issued to you.  
  • If you did not purchase Re:Do, you can still return or exchange eligible products using the return portal and receive a discounted pre-paid label; however, the cost of the label will be your responsibility.   
  • After your return label is issued, make sure to ship merchandise back within 2 weeks of being authorized.  (Please note: If a return is mailed out more than 2 weeks after a request is approved - a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund or store credit.  If a return is mailed out more than 30 days after a request is approved, the return will not be accepted and the customer will need to e-mail hello@miamorepets.com if they would like the package returned.)
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, we will process your refund, store credit or exchange.  Please be aware refunds may take some time to be reflected in your account.  If you chose credit, a store credit will be e-mailed to you. 
  • Original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable

What items are returnable? 

  • Request received within 30 days from the date of order (not date of delivery)
  • Must be in new/re-sellable, pristine condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact and in original form 
  • If necessary to remove a tag to try on item - tag still MUST be included in return otherwise you will be subject to a 5% restocking fee

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items - noted on the product page or in the SALE category as either up to 50% off (FINAL SALE) or up to 75% off (FINAL SALE)
  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer (noted on product page) 
  • Oversized items such as beds, carriers, strollers (unless defective)
  • Gift cards are not eligible for refund.  Items purchased through a gift card are eligible for store credit only.
  • For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened treats, chews, or food products. All such items are final sale once purchased.

The item I received is damaged!

Although we do inspect every item before mailing out, there is a possibility damage may occur during transit.  If the purchased product is received in a damaged condition, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date so we can rectify the situation promptly.  If you purchased package protection you can easily file a claim here.
