Most appointments take 1.5–3 hours depending on the service and your dog’s size/coat. We’ll give you an estimated pickup time when you drop off.

Yes! We love working with both puppies and seniors. We take a gentle, low-stress approach and can adjust services based on your dog’s needs and comfort level.

We generally don’t allow pet parents in the grooming room, and here’s why:

• Groomers need a calm, focused environment to work safely—extra people in the room can create distractions or limit movement.
• Most dogs actually behave better when their parents aren’t in view—they’re less likely to become anxious, clingy, or try to jump off the table.

Absolutely. We do not use cage dryers. If your pup is especially nervous, we can use high-quality, lower-noise fluff dryers or handheld dryers instead of the traditional high velocity dryers. We will:

• Towel-dry as much as possible
• Use a lower airflow from a distance
• Use a happy hoodie to muffle sounds
• Work in short, gentle sessions with breaks

Yes! We are a boutique grooming studio with one-on-one appointments and no cage drying. Your pup gets individualized attention in a calm, clean environment.

We understand sometimes emergencies happen but we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
