Designed for comfort and control no matter where or how you roam. What's really cool about this harness is that it has a reversible front and back connection so it can be switched between a front no-pull harness or a back pull harness.  The strap also rests across the chest instead of the throat for a gentler walk. 

Made with dual-layer recycled polyester webbing, natural brass hardware, and acetal quick-release plastic buckle.

Too small.

It was too small even though I measured very carefully, so I had to return. The blue color was nice since I cannot use it I can't comment on the product performance. I gave 3 stars because I am disappointed that you can't exchange so probably will not order again. It is too much trouble; I lose my Black Friday savings and with all the shipping cost it will cost more than the product is worth.
